Ordered some new footwear online for in-store pickup and the service was 11/10 the entire way through. From prompt email updates to lacing the shoes up for me in store so I could try them on and make sure they were everything I’d hoped they’d be (and they were). Johnathan (I think) was beyond friendly and really added that white glove touch to the entire experience. Not to mention the shop is gorgeous.

This is my third purchase from the lovely people of Lost & Found, just can't get enough of these 2 Pleat beams plus pants! Every order was swiftly processed and delivered within 5-7 business days to here in Vancouver :) I would definitely visit the store if I am ever in Toronto.

I've been shopping at Lost & Found for five years now. It all started with a photo of Steven Yeun in GQ magazine, wearing the infamous pair of Alden Indys. Curious about how to get them, I did a quick Google search and discovered that the only Canadian stockist was this store. What started with one pair of Aldens quickly turned into picking up another. Then came a pair of Vibergs. Soon after, I discovered the store’s carefully curated brand list. My favorite? The Real McCoy’s. What I really love about the shop is its ethos. The focus isn’t on trends, but on timeless, classic pieces that stand the test of time—and last a lifetime. Whether it’s a pair of shell cordovan boots that develop a beautiful patina, a leather jacket that molds to the contours of your body, raw denim that fades and creases with character, or a well-constructed pair of trousers using production methods from a bygone era—everything I’ve picked up here is just as amazing on Day 1 as it is years later. Although I’ve never walked into the store in person—all my shopping has been done online—it’s still one of the most personalized retail experiences I’ve ever had. The owner, Jonathan, personally responds to all email inquiries, including any sizing questions I’ve had. He’ll even send additional photos to show exact colorways or special-order items if needed. Packages arrive with handwritten notes, adding a thoughtful touch. And on the rare occasion something doesn’t work out due to fit or style, the return process is completely hassle-free. He’s always happy to take something back if you’re not satisfied. The store’s philosophy of “Let’s Be Pals” couldn’t be more accurate. Every time I shop here, I feel more like a returning friend than just a customer.

I ordered some men’s Nike Air Max Plus bleached Aqua 2.0 (DM0032-102). I live in Aus and they’re not released here yet, so I was a little nervous ordering online, but glad I did. The shipping was very prompt and came a week early. The shoes are in great condition and also received a nice written note from Lee. Great store I would recommend checking them out 💯💯

I buy all my new clothes here — it’s my go-to spot. The quality is always top-notch, and the value matches it. The staff are super helpful and make shopping easy. Prices might feel a little high at first, but everything they sell is built to last, so it’s absolutely worth it

I came into this store to look at some boots. Scott and Micheal were extremely helpful with giving me a bunch of info and insight to what size I would be, and gave me some great recommendations of brands to look for based on my foot shape and size preferences. Very professional service, I highly suggest going to this store if you’d like to purchase high end boots.

I was looking for a specific item and was happy to find it on their website. I placed my order, and it shipped the very next day and package was arriving within two days. There was a handwritten thank you note inside the package that felt very personal and thoughtful. Outstanding service even without visiting the store! I’ll definitely stop by the shop next time I’m in Toronto

I don’t usually write reviews, but after multiple great experiences at Lost & Found, I felt compelled to share. About a month ago, I was visiting Toronto from Bermuda for a family birthday and wandered into the shop looking for a few basic tees. I wasn’t familiar with many of the brands—most of which are thoughtfully sourced from Japan—so I asked the staff for guidance. That’s when I met Scot, who took the time to walk me through the store and recommended two brands he felt would suit what I was looking for. He was spot on. I bought one shirt as a trial, returned the very next day, and ended up purchasing the same shirt in every available color. During that visit, a pair of boots also caught my attention, which led me to meet Daniel. He introduced me to what has quickly become a new obsession: Japanese-made boots. Daniel patiently explained the brand history, craftsmanship, and fit, and brought out several pairs for me to try. I walked out not only with excellent shirts, but unexpectedly with a brand-new pair of boots as well. Fast forward three weeks—I was back in Toronto for another trip and, naturally, returned to Lost & Found. Once again, the experience delivered. This time, Scott helped me and went above and beyond (quite literally running back and forth) to make sure I had the chance to try every pair I was interested in. I left with yet another pair of boots. I can’t recommend this store highly enough. The staff are consistently knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic, and the buying team clearly has an exceptional eye for quality and character. Lost & Found is now a must-visit for me whenever I’m in Toronto—and I suspect it will be for you too.
